Ok, here I go on my first step on the journey from 143kg to 80kg.  How long will it take me?
Will I stick it out?
What will be my set-backs?
Is the 80kg an achievable goal? 
How did I get so fat in the first place?
What will my motivation be?
What will be my rewards?
